 Nicole Troche Client Service Manager | | Nicole has been working with our company since January of 2006. She began as a receptionist at Trickum Ridge Animal Hospital and in April of 2006 began her position of Client Service Manager at TRAH. In November 2009 she took on the position of Client Service Manager at EVH as well. She now splits her time between the 2 hospitals. On her days off, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 children, and family pet, Shiea. |
 Katie Thornton Client Service Assistant Manager | | Hi my name is Katie Thornton, Assistant Client Service Manager here at Trickum Ridge Animal Hospital . I have worked in several different areas of veterinary medicine since 2000. I joined the staff at Trickum Ridge in July 2006. I have one dog, a Chihuahua/dachshund mix named Sammer, who I rescued three years ago. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling with my husband, scrapbooking, photography, and pet-sitting. |
 Mandy Heath Receptionist | | Mandy has been a receptionist at TRAH since April of 2002. She also began working at our sister hospital Etowah Veterinary Hospital in the beginning of 2012. She now splits her time between the 2 hospitals. She enjoys her job and being able to work closely with animals. Mandy has a few pets of her own including dogs, cats, fish, and hamsters. In her spare time she enjoys being with her family, husband, and children. |
 Lora Rismiller Receptionist | | Lora joined us in May 2009. She retired from IBM and had a strong desire to work among "animal friends." She is married and has 2 stepchildren, 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Her animal family consists of Tanner, a Schnauzer and Dachshund mix rescue who "runs the house!" Lora's past times are her yard and gardening, traveling with her husband Wayne and home renovations. |
 Holley Henderson Receptionist | | Holley started working at a veterinary clinic in 2007 in the kennel and eventually worked her way to the front desk. She has one dog, Kelsey, who is a rough coated collie. She adopted her after someone moved away and left her behind. Holley is a single mom and lives in Woodstock with her son, Thomas. She especially enjoys summertime and spending time with friends. She also likes finding new walking trails to take her dog on. |

Cathy Huggins Registered Veterinary Technician | | Cathy received her Associates of Animal Science degree in 2002 from Bel-Rea in Denver , Colorado , where she practiced for 6 ½ years. Cathy was born and raised in Marietta , GA and got a homesick and decided to return home. She began working with us in May 2009 and currently splits her time between Trickum Ridge Animal Hospital and Etowah Veterinary Hospital . Prior to working with animals Cathy worked in the business world, with a Bachelor’s of Management degree, as an Office Assistant Manager for a human doctor’s office. Cathy has a Dachshund named Libby and on her time off enjoys the outdoors, movies, and lots of coffee. |

 Jeff Berens Technician Assistant/Behavior & Training Consultant | | Jeff began working with us in February of 2010. Throughout college and career he has always enjoyed caring for and training dogs, horses, and the occasional cat. He has turned his passion into career and joined us to learn the medical aspects of caring for them. He now lives near Lake Allatoona and enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, 3 rescued Boxer dogs, 1 rescued German Shepherd, 3 cats and a fish tank. Specializing in dog behavior he has trained his 3 deaf boxers hand signals in order to better communicate with them. A combination of obedience signals, American Sign Language and behavioral training have allowed these dogs to enjoy a happy, well rounded life. |
 Jennifer B. Technician Assistant | | Jennifer B. has worked at Etowah for five and a half years and is in the process of obtaining her degree in Veterinary Technology. Her favorite aspect of her career is having the opportunity to see previously sick or injured animals leave the hospital with a new lease on life. Jennifer is the proud parent of three rambunctious Miniature Pinschers and three devious felines. In December 2007, her family grew with the birth of her son, Lawson. Outside of work, she enjoys walking the dogs with her family, reading suspense novels, and watching comedies. |
 Matt Stirrat Technician Assistant | | Matt joined the staff in September of 2007 as a kennel assistant. In 2010, he worked his way up to a lab assistant where he currently holds a position. Matt attends Kennesaw State University and is working on getting his undergrad in biology. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, staying fit, and spending time with his girlfriend. |

 Katie Ashcraft Kennel Manager | | Growing up my family and I worked part time breeding exotic parrots, this began my passion to work with animals. I have worked for Trickum Ridge Animal Hospital for three years and have been the Kennel Manager for about two years. I have about 10 years of management experience. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and my son. We all enjoy reading and watching movies together. I have two wonderful dogs, Rocky, a hound mix who loves to eat and Titan, an American Pit Bull who loves going to the dog park to play with his friends.

 Lisa Oenning Practice Manager |
| Lisa was hired as Practice Manager in June 2000. She attended Purdue and received a certificate in Practice Management. She is married and has 1 daughter and 2 grandsons. Her pet family includes, 1 rescued golden retriever named Turner and a domestic shorthaired feline named Mew Tin, who was also rescued. In her free time, she enjoys boating on the lake and entertaining friends.

 Tammy Palmer Human Resources Manager | | I began working at Etowah Veterinary Inc. as the Humane Resource Manager in 1998. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband; traveling, riding motorcycles, and scuba diving. I have one daughter, 2 step sons, and 2 grandchildren. We also have a Terrier mix, Chester. |
 Josephine Indovina Grooming | | I came to Atlanta in 1980 from Amherst, New York. My parents owned a Diner and a Restaurant that I worked in from the age of 12. In Atlanta, I became a Fresh Food Buyer for a major department store until leaving in 1993. Needing a change, I went to Grooming School and started work at Trickum Ridge in 1996.
I am married 28 years and have 2 grown daughters. I enjoy travel, and we have been to Italy twice. I sing in the Choir at St. Michael the Archangel Church and have done a concert in Italy and sang for the Pope! I also enjoy tennis and spending time with family and friends.

John Hiland and Alan Ervin Property Maintenance | Alan joined us in September 2002. He has 3 dogs (Maggie - mix, Brandy - Jack Russell Terrier, and Victoria - mix) and 2 Tabby cats (Griswald and Dori). Alan rescued or adopted all his pets. He also does volunteer work on occasion to assist in preventing cat overpopulation by trapping feral cats, getting them spayed/neutered and socializing the kittens to humans. Some of our employees and their families have adopted many of these kittens. In his spare time, Alan enjoys hunting, fishing and gardening.
